StayTalentReady is a study companion for PGCC dual-enrollment students at Largo High School. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do not collect, and how your information stays safe.

What we collect

• Last name and class year only. No first names, email addresses, student IDs, phone numbers, photos, audio, or biometrics.
• Gate and quiz scores — stored by last name + class year, used only for facilitator reports and mastery tracking.
• Voluntary exercise responses — stored locally in your browser; never sent to our servers.

What we do not collect

• No login accounts, passwords, or social sign-in.
• No tracking cookies or third-party analytics pixels.
• No individual leaderboards, social feeds, or peer comparisons.
• No communications outside school hours (8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET only).

Scoring and the official record

All scoring is server-side. The correct answer is never sent to your browser before you submit. A passing score is 85% or higher on the first attempt in a 24-hour window. Canvas is the official record of your grade — StayTalentReady enhances the PGCC curriculum; it does not replace it.

Data retention

Performance records are deleted within 30 days after June 30 of your graduation year. Facilitators may request deletion at any time by contacting the program coordinator.

Framework alignment

StayTalentReady is designed to be aligned to FERPA privacy principles and COPPA child-online-safety guidelines. It is operated by 25 Alpha LLC.

Accessibility

StayTalentReady is built to WCAG 2.2 AA standards — high-contrast text, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support on every page. Students with a 504 plan or IEP receive accommodations through their Largo High School facilitator and PGCC Disability Support Services. Tell your facilitator and they will help you connect the accommodations in your plan to this course.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data shared with advertisers?

No. Student data is not shared with any advertiser, social platform, or data broker.

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes. Contact your facilitator or the program coordinator to submit a deletion request.

Does this replace Canvas?

No. Canvas is the official record. StayTalentReady is a companion tool.
